"Jay is amazing!! The customer service he provided was impeccable. When my dress came in, there was something just not quite right about it - I was so upset. I didn't want to seem like an annoying bride to be, but I just didn't feel that love for my dress as I had originally. Jay listened intently to all of my feedback and said he would do everything in his power to make sure we received a new dress that was perfect.
